SCIDpda has officially acquired the historic Eclipse Hotel, with plans to bring affordable housing back to a building that has been residentially vacant since the 1970s. With the support of a $2 million grant from Amazon’s Housing Fund, SCIDpda was able to close on the acquisition—marking an important step toward rehabilitating a historic property and advancing long-term housing stability in Seattle’s Chinatown International District.
