Are you feeling off balance? A wheel or tire that’s out of alignment can cause pulling. When we’re out of alignment we can feel that pulling. So many things shift to try & fix the imbalance. This can be ok for the short term. Long term it can create more problems.
The medicine wheel helps us find & maintain balance. The medicine wheel is a circle where everyone & everything is equal. However a circle like a wheel can come off it’s axis, can get knocked out of alignment.
In the medicine wheel the east represents spiritual, the south physical, in the west mental, & in the north emotional. How balanced are you in these areas?
