There’s nothing quite like culmination, and the unfolding of happenings that have been dreamt for a long, long time.

This past weekend I had the absolute pleasure of co-hosting my first ever medicine retreat and executing on a vision of mine that has been stirring within for years.

My heart swells with gratitude for the support received from the land, the sky, and the medicine—they rejoice in this work. And us humans? We hum, we glow, we wind and unwind.

Years of carrying baggage: released.
Inheritance: remembered.
Power: situated at its solar seat, outsourced no more.
Sisterhood: reclaimed not as a trope or aesthetic, but as an action—the truth of how we alchemize pain through our witnessing and being witnessed.

That everyone in the world could know what honesty feels like in the body, and if I could bring that energy then: amen!

But until judgement day… I’ll know that there’s power in my pleasure, joy in receiving, leadership in the modeling of receptivity.

Because transformation is so much less about what we do and so much more about how we feel in our own skin, and how we feel about how we feel in our own skin.

This is the deep work I’ve been training for, focused on, preparing for like one hungry for battle…

…not because the pain or the fight is romantic anymore.

*It’s not.*

But because it’s the other side of release and surrender and acceptance of the fact that we are resilient upon measure and magic beyond words.

Do you know anyone who hasn’t tasted disappointment, and kept living just to keep the memory of soul alive?

Neither do I.

And this is why I’ll keep going deeper with my power, until I can love the whole world into remembering truth and exist satiated in my desire to breathe freedom into being.

What else have I to do? I asked myself.
And now: the answer, nothing.
But love and love and love.

I know my medicine. Venusian era: entered.

I’ve been a bad, bad girl.

I have a three-day, two-night women’s medicine retreat happening in less than a month…and I should be marketing the hell out of it. 😏

But the truth is, I have no interest in convincing you that putting down the phone, stepping outside, moving your body, and laughing until your sides hurt with other like-minded, bad babe psychonauts is where it’s at.

Convincing you is the last thing I want to do…

Because I live my life with the belief that what’s meant for me will find me and that the best way to dance with that energy:

Is to live in truth & integrity as a human being.
To feel good in the body in a way that’s like relationship… 🫦
To be in rhythm with the sun and stars and nature.
To be nourished by a life that is honest, uncluttered, present, and real.

When I started down the path of “spiritualizing” my life, awakened to a bigger reality and Source of creative power, I thought it might require that I “add” something to who I was.

But what I’ve found is an opposite truth in the fact that expanding consciousness and receiving all its yummy fruits is:

About rewiring/removing the fear and scarcity and victim programming.
The helpless princess or pauper conditioning.
The stories that keep us anxious, grasping, and wound up over things that DON’T ACTUALLY MATTER.

And the truth? A lot of this socially-imposed bull is not making your life easier…not really.

Not next to being relaxed enough to enjoy what you’ve earned and being self-mastered enough to brush off poverty thinking and comparison and the nagging need for it all to go your way.

Because it won’t. Sorry, not sorry. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And that’s part of the ride, baby, and the whole point of why we’re here.

Can we try this again? 🫦

Late last summer I attempted to launch a 7-week group exploration called The Fear Files.

The topic?

Power, money, s*x, religion—and the nexus of fear and shame running underneath all of it.

Not one person signed up.

I could make it about me and convince myself that people don’t care about these conversations…

…or I could look at the world right now with the conviction that they’re more interesting, relevant, and important than ever. 🎯

It’s easy to dissect what’s happening “out there.”
It’s easy to rage.
It’s easy to point fingers.
It’s easy to run in circles looking for the truth.

But if we’re unwilling to confront the dissonance within ourselves, it’s hubris and insanity to demand accountability from anyone else.

When have you deceived?
Acted against what you knew to be true?
Accused? Slandered? Taken advantage?
Used leverage to gain favor?
Kissed ass or kept your mouth shut to stay safe?
Extracted or exploited, or gave too much?

If you’re honest, those moments were governed by one thing:

FEAR

And until we understand how much fear controls us—particularly through the mechanism of shame—we simply cannot comprehend the world accurately…

…which means we can’t meaningfully or precisely participate in its tending. 🌹

There’s a lot unraveling in the collective, but know this: there is nothing more destructive than self-hatred left unexamined.

You were taught to fear your messiness, your desires, your emotions, your ego, your past and present and time itself. That makes you a victim.

Seeing through the BS and learning to love your inner weirdo enough that no one will ever be able to convince you that you’re “bad” ever again? That makes you a hero, and the kind of asset to humanity that this timeline needs.
