I boil each Southern batch for 8 hours so your party devours em straight from the vat. 🫧πŸ₯œ Whenever the Smokies are starved for a feast, I bring the morsels!

There are piping-hot moments that never make it to the tent.

Starting Sunday night, I’m lifting the lid on them: πŸ“½ showing what really goes into each bag.

β™¨οΈπ’ππ«πšπ’π π‘π 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐑𝐞 π•πšπβ™¨οΈ I break down a tip from one at-home stage. It’s the little tweaks that build toward that just-right bite.

πŸ€ͺ𝐁𝐞𝐑𝐒𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐑𝐞 π’ππžπšπ¦π¬πŸ€ͺ Brain fogs & bloopers from those mid-boil distractions.

πŸ•ππšπ°-π₯𝐒𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨π₯πŸ• My trusty sidekick keeps quality in check (and squirrels on notice).

Your inside scoop on the peanut-path:
πŸ“½ from my outdoor office to the roadside stand, before the bags are shared on your back porch.

I’ll pour every clip inside the event, Final Batch of Smokies Boiled Peanuts.

Pull up your fanciest lawn chair,
and tap πŸ“½ Going or Interested πŸ“½ before the last peanut boils in 𝟐 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐀𝐬.

My wife Lana & I have logged plenty of miles in Smoky Mountain trails. Spotting critters, identifying wildflowers, and gasping at views that never grow old.

Once we're back home, I go to stir the pots. Keeping it simple with two flavors in the vats.

Meanwhile, Lana slips into her craft room. From piles - and piles - of thread & cloth spread across her sewing table, she whips-up tales from those adventures.

Our encounters always seem to sneak their way into her handiwork!

This coming weekend, we'll both pitch a tent at the Wears Valley Fall Fest. I'll be simmering peanuts in the food court. Meanwhile, Lana will be showing off her creativity among the big stretch of artists & crafters.

Flip through πŸ“· for quick info on Lana's page, Oooh That's Pretty.

Once you've parked, the real treasure hunt begins. πŸͺ™ A trove of live artist demos, antiques, polished trinkets, and tasty temptations πŸͺ™ all waiting to be uncovered.

Here's the talley: 43 antique pop-ups, 15 antique shops, and 13 more food trucks & vendors. πŸͺ™ With all this to rummage through, it's easy for 1 little gray tent to vanish in the shuffle.

So, I've staked my πŸ₯œ logo on the festival map. ❌️ marks the spot!
