Happy Hump Day everyone.

It has come to our attention that as of December 31st, 2024, Function Garage was filed as a registered US trademark. The application was filed as of March 18th, 2024. While we established our brand under Function Garage, there was no such trademark and we were unaware of any other entity operating under the name.

Respectively, we WILL be operating under Function Performance, so as to avoid any confusion and prevent any possible future damages, and would like to insist we have no relation with Function Garage. This poses no opposition to Function Garage, and we wish them the best in their endeavors on the East coast.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's that time of year again for our annual Cars and Bass! As the weather gets warmer and cars come out, we're happy to bring another event to celebrate the season.
