Instructions

"Crispy potato rings 🥔
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
6-8 tbsp corn starch (start with 6 and add if needed)
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1-2 tbsp milk or water ( if the dough is too dry)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Method:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Boil them in salted water for 12–15 minutes until fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes well and let them cool slightly so excess moisture evaporates
Mash the potatoes until very smooth with no lumps. Add Seasonings, salt, chicken bouillon powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley. Mix well.
Add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and 6 tbsp cornstarch. Mix until a soft dough forms.
If the dough is sticky, add more cornstarch (1 tbsp at a time). If the dough is too dry, add 1–2 tbsp milk or water.The dough should be soft but able to hold its shape.
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten it with your palm to form a thick disc.
Use a nozzle or chopstick to make a hole in the center, forming a ring. Smooth the edges and ensure there are no cracks.
Place the shaped rings on a tray and refrigerate for 30 min This helps them hold their shape during frying.
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry the rings in batches for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on wire rack to drain excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy.

"Big mac smash burger taco 🌮
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
8-10 mini taco shells
10 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 cup pickles
Salt to taste
Big Mac Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped relish
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, diced yellow onion, salt, chopped relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Ground Beef
Heat a skillet over high heat and add a small amount of oil. Place 2-3 tablespoons of ground beef in the center of each tortilla.
Gently press down the ground beef onto the tortillas to create an even layer.

"♨️Roll with olives
Ingredients;
1.5 cups of warm milk
Half a cup of liquid oil
1 packet of dry yeast
1 egg white (yolk on top)
1 spoonful of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Kaanlar Butter.
4.4,5 cups of flour (checked)
For the break;
200gr Kaanlar Black Diamond Olives & Oily Black Olives
2 tablespoons of olive oil
The making of;
Take all the liquid ingredients for the dough into a bowl and mix it, add sugar, salt and flour control from m.Ar to get a soft dough. At the last stage, add 1 spoon of butter and knead the dough again (make sure to do this stage, it is yummy) cover it with stretch film and ferment the dough.
Let's separate the olives from their seeds and get blandra. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and simmer until it gets a stretch.
Let's divide the leavened dough into 3 pellets. Take it on the counter and open it with a roller. Let's spread butter at room temperature in the middle part and then mash the olive oil. Let's roll and slice it.
Let's prepare all the dough this way on the tray that we put with oiled paper and let it knead for 10 minutes.
Let's sprinkle egg yolk and sesame on"

"✨Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings✨
1. Take 3 chicken breasts and cut into 1 inch cubes. Season however you’d like. I used rotisserie chicken seasoning, pepper and a little slap your mama seasoning. Now add to your crockpot.
2. To the crock pot also add 1 can reduced sodium cream of celery soup, a can of cream of chicken with herbs, 2 1/2 cups of low sodium chicken broth and a bag of frozen peas and carrots. Mix it up a bit.
3. Cook on high 2 1/2-3 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Mix.
4. Now take a can of biscuits and flatted each one then cut into small strips then cut again making small cubes. Toss those into your crockpot splitting them apart as good as you can. Don’t mix around. Just the let them sit on top. Close lid and cook another 1 1/2 hours.
5. Now you can mix and serve!"
