his fall, Marion Baptist Association (MBA) invites you to embark on a transformative journey of leadership development designed to empower pastors, leaders of non-profit organizations, and community influencers. Our series kicks off with the two-day intensive, "Lead Like Jesus," on September 12-13, 2024, at the MBA Missionary Resource Center in Ocala. Dive deep into the heart of servant leadership, exploring how the principles of Jesus’ leadership can inspire and elevate your own.

Following this powerful kickoff, we continue the momentum with four targeted training events, each designed to focus on a key aspect of leadership: Purpose, Vision, Values, and Mission. These sessions are crafted to provide you with the tools, insights, and inspiration needed to lead with conviction and impact.
