I pray that I speak the words
That reach into street curbs
Where the pain is deep
And provide relief when the grief occurs
You are a majestic people
Peaceful caught up in this deceitful
Nonsense

Oppressed people have issues
That manifest in their conduct
My apologies
Our current social construct
Is based in Greco Roman philosophies
So when you hear terminology
Such as "spread democracy"
You should know that's really code for:
Conquer

Corporations sponsor legislation
So the administration one big
Financial monster
Bo***ge is Big Business literally
We live in a land where they build
Prisons for profit

Politicians push policies that embolden
Poverty and funnel our people into projects
Ruach HaKadesh
I'm a carrier of the light
My windpipe is holy
His Spirit flows free from my vessel
