She manages warranty registrations, processes parts warranties, handles manufacturer incentives and rebates, and helps keep everything running smoothly after your installation is complete.

Her attention to detail helps ensure our customers receive every benefit they’re entitled to and that no important paperwork falls through the cracks.

Here are a few photos from some of the projects we’ve completed recently. Every home is different, and not every customer needs a full system replacement. In some cases, replacing just the outdoor AC unit and indoor evaporator coil is the best solution when the existing furnace is still in good condition.

We take the time to evaluate each system and recommend the option that makes the most sense: not simply the most expensive one. Honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and keeping our customers comfortable are what we’re all about.

What’s behind the new system matters too!

When homeowners think about replacing their HVAC system, they usually focus on the equipment, but one of the most important parts of the installation is something many never see - the plenum.

The plenum is the sheet metal box that connects your heating and cooling equipment to the ductwork throughout your home. Over time, plenums can become damaged, poorly sealed, dusty, or simply no longer sized correctly for modern high efficiency equipment.

At Wilson Services, we don’t just connect a new system on top of old plenums and call it a day. We custom fabricate new plenums for our installations to match the specifications and airflow requirements of the new equipment.

Sometimes the best stories aren’t about HVAC at all.

A couple weeks ago, Justin’s elderly neighbor knocked on his door on a Saturday because her air conditioning wasn’t working. After spending thousands of dollars with another company on zoning modifications, she was still struggling, and now her AC had completely quit. With the windows open and expecting to go without air conditioning, she knocked on Justin’s door.

Justin took the time to help.

He documented the service call and shared the experience on YouTube, not realizing how many people would connect with the story. In less than 2 weeks, the video has reached over 127,000 views.
