Trying to make the most of thid gray day off with a trip to ... treadmill, abs and then the tanning bed!

So, I found pre-cooked whole lobsters at and there was also asparagus ... so Linguine with Lobster Meat and Asparagus. linguini cooked with shallots, garlic confit and capers in a brodo of chicken stock, butter, confit garlic oil and lemon juice.
Sooo good!
