Golden Celandine is inspired by a vintage Greek table runner I acquired many years ago. It's a wonderful contrast between strong geometric lines sprinkled with delicate celandine flowers — a type of yellow poppy that blooms across the Mediterranean each spring. I find myself putting this one out around this time of year because it feels so summery (and looks so good with my plant babies!).

HUGE thank you to for welcoming into their amazing community of instructors! I had so much fun teaching fringe and drawn thread hem finishing last week and am already dreaming up new classes for next year!
Summer Terrace is one of my new mini wall hangings and features a charming little terrace scene in coral, green, turquoise, and buttery yellow. It's inspired by a folk embroidery from the Epirus region of Greece, an area known for its sophisticated embroidery. I finished mine as a little wall hanging (the tapestry rod is included in the kit) and have it propped on a shelf in my studio where it makes me smile every time I walk by.

I love the moment when a new design finally clicks: Carpathian Bluebells took me months and months to figure out the layout and then, finally, it clicked! No matter how many years I've been designing, this moment still feels magical!
