D.C.’s much-maligned crime lab recently pushed out the entirety of the Science Advisory Board after its members raised a series of issues. The board, made up of a group of forensic experts, was convened by Bowser to review the Department of Forensic Sciences’ operations and help address potential problems.

In particular, the board received a complaint last July from some current DFS employees arguing that a change in evidence collection techniques would strain their resources and lead to less accurate renderings of crime scenes. The SAB then sought to work with the agency to investigate those concerns, but in return, department leaders stonewalled their inquiries, accused them of unspecified unethical behavior, and pushed them to resign, according to three people familiar with the board’s operations.

This is, without question, an exterminate the brute / save the child (eugenics) based approach to keep children in the foster care system -- and away from their biological parents.

This reads like a war on the impoverished masking a war against non-whites -- to feed the wealthy who are eager to adopt. In her testimony, she states: "babies have “never possessed” a cultural identity, and therefore are “not losing anything,” at their age, by being adopted." If this doesn't sound racist to you, it's because you are likely white and likely don't understand what culture is.
