Maximus was born November 2024 and weighs 80 lbs. He came to GSR from a rescue partner that removed him from a bad situation. Maximus is a goofy, sweet, and very handsome boy ready for a forever home! He has completed basic obedience training, is housebroken, and crate trained. Maximus is fostered with two other GSDS - he likes to play but can be rough. He would enjoy a playmate that keep up with him and wouldn’t mind that he is a ball hog. Maximus is active — he would love a home that can take him hiking, swimming, and keep him busy with his favorite game of fetch. Maximus would benefit from continued training - he is very intelligent and loves to work. He has been around children and does well, but doesn’t always understand his size and can knock littles over.
