Calling all introverts! Join us for a special Saturday night event in collaboration with Cambridge Naturals for a reading party! What is a reading party? It’s simple, bring a book you’ve been reading, join others for a quiet reading session, and then share your thoughts with others. We’ll start the event with some breathwork guided by Monia before we sit down to read and share our thoughts on our books. Get cozy and grab a mocktail provided by Cambridge Naturals & read for a little while. Pajama attire is encouraged, but not mandatory!

At MOTA we value community. For us to grow, we know that it is done through the efforts of collaboration, communication and consistently showing up.

As time shifts, so does the needs of our community. Over the past few years there has been big shifts. As years progress there will be more.

We pride ourselves our keeping our studio a safe and welcoming space. Not only for our students but for our staff. We hold no favorites or fall into societal hierarchical dominance roles. No matter how large the class size or small, every teacher holds equal value and every teacher offers and receives the same respect and care to our community.

At MOTA we have a a zero tolerance for practices that aren’t choice based, language that isn’t inviting & inflated egos. If you ever feel like those practices aren’t in place, please let us know.

We’re growing & adapting. Stay tuned for schedule updates, like more community events & workshop offerings. Stay tuned for new staff members as we enter our hiring season (which opens next week! Dm us if you’d like to teach with us!).
