If you have sandbags at your gym, use them to your advantage

Great for the transition from lateral to rotational movement
You’ll notice the feet strike in quick succession - this is fine, but don’t jump onto both feet, do one jab step
Unlike many other med ball throw variations, it’s fine to step towards the wall
Louder is better!
