Every day is a yoga day, but today is ! 🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s been such a ride these past few years and I am so grateful for my practice, my Tuscan yogis, my students, and the inner peace it all brings. ✌🏼

(Guess I should do some yoga today…😆)

A stunning celebration of love 💕

An incredible night celebrating and by the river. Danced our butts off, scream-singed for hours, jumped in the pool, and ate incredible food.

Wedding 2/5!

Serving Up Roasted realness…

I’ve clearly been watching way too much (is there anything as too much??) Drag Race recently 😂

Loving this roasted bowl with roasted cubed sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, and roasted chickpeas with Primal Kitchen] Buffalo sauce.

🍠Sweet Potatoes🍠:
Wash sweet potatoes and dice into cubes. Toss with olive oil and salt. Bake on a parchment lined baking tray at 400* for 35-45 min or until reach desired crispness.

🥦Broccoli🥦:
Rinse broccoli and cut florets into small bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake on a parchment lined baking tray at 400* for 20 min.

Chickpeas:
Drain canned chickpeas and lay out on a dish towel, pat dry. Let sit for 30 min-1 hour to dry out. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and salt to taste. Bake on a parchment line baking tray at 375* for 25-30 min or until crispy and golden brown. Once cooled, toss with Primal Kitchen] dairy free Buffalo sauce.

Yummm!!
