Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

A Caring Nourishment is a social service organization that provides support and resources to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help us serve our community. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to clients by attending appointments and connecting them with community resources.

Responsibilities:

Attend appointments with clients to provide assistance and support
Conduct outreach activities to connect clients with community resources and services
Provide information and resources to clients regarding social programs and services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program activities
Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify client needs and opportunities
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a car and a valid driver's license
Must have a computer and basic computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must be willing to attend appointments with clients
No experience required, but a willingness to listen and help people is a must
Compensation:

Starting salary of $36,000 per year
Room for upward mobility within the organization
