Watching a new wave of creatives and business owners step into their next chapter is always really special. Some are just getting started, some are already building amazing things, but all of them showed up with passion, vision, and courage.
We’re forever grateful for what poured into us during our time in the program. It truly helped set us on a path that changed everything for our creative business.
It was also so good reconnecting with other graduates and being in a room full of people creating, building, and dreaming big here in Spokane.

History isn’t just kept in books, it's lived, spoken, and carried in the faces of our community.
As we approach Juneteenth, we are embarking on a passion project to document the spirit, resilience, and joy of Black life right here in Spokane. We’re building a living archive, and we want you and your families in the frame.
We’re opening a very limited window on June 7th for a special (FREE) portrait session. This isn’t a standard headshot; it’s an editorial collaboration. We’re asking you to show up as your most authentic, era-inspired selves.
The Details:
-Date: June 7th
-Limited slots available.
-Participants receive one high-res editorial portrait.
The full project goes live on June 19th.

Today we officially closed out our project with Spark Central .
It was such a pleasure supporting their team through two meaningful events and helping bring creative pieces of the work together along the way.
We’re grateful for the opportunity, the trust, and the conversations that came with this project. Wishing their team continued growth as they move into this next season. 🖤

Midnight Rhodes was our way of turning a feeling into a brand.
Inspired by the soulfulness of D’Angelo’s music, the project pulls from memories, emotion, texture, sound, and the kind of atmosphere that feels familiar the second you step into it.
This is the kind of creative direction we love most. Personal. Intentional. Felt before it’s explained. 💜

Founded by Amera Gaymon and Simone Johnson in 2023, the Spokane-based multimedia firm brings storytelling, visual strategy, and cultural intention to community building. Through photography, videography, design, and branding, Glos elevates local businesses and events while preserving the presence and power of Black life in Spokane.
