DL Training Systems started with one professional athlete. Today, it’s grown into over 40 professional athletes and well over 100 total athletes chasing elite performance.

From the beaches of Brazil, to the 2024 Paris Olympics, to the city of gold—Dubai—this journey has created opportunities and memories I’ll never take for granted.

Right now, things are slowing down as I shift focus to coaching the North Idaho College wrestlers and continuing to build something special there.

At this time, DL Training Systems is not accepting new athletes. There may be a limited enrollment opening later this year.

Although I love you all, I will no longer progress programs if your payment is not up to date. You must also be signed up for auto pay on Stripe. No more venmo or Apple pay. It’s impossible to keep track of from a businessess standpoint.

Starting June 21st in-person sessions will be offered Saturday AMs for athletes in Spokane.

Times 8-9 AM, 9-10 AM

If it fills up, I’ll add more times and days.

No more than 4 athletes per session and first come first serve. If you sign up and miss a session, you will lose priority over someone who has not done that.
