My Sunday morning after yesterday’s win! So pumped!

This year brought on a number of lows (as it likely did for a lot of you reading this), however after each of these lows, one word kept coming up in my mind: Grateful. Instead of flipping back through the lows, I’d rather list out (without explanation) a few of the things that led to this word to emerging in my heart and mind.

January- textured foods, hot sauce, WFH, quarantine crew.
February-fireplace, home, puzzles, roof rake.
March-sunshine, neighbors, three tiered chocolate cake.
April-my partner, vaccine, new blooms, softball.
May-allergy pills, playing cards, friends, hot air balloons.
June-smell and taste, puppy pool, Cancun, tree removal.
July-family, fireworks, hands free soap dispenser, Royals game.
August-rain, Bar K, outdoor gathering spaces, wind chimes, empathy.
September-DIY shutters/house numbers, Weston, Chiefs game, lawnmower, grass.
October-Hannibal Folk Life, Ted Lasso, Oktoberfest, Chicken Pot Pie.
November-Yellowstone, dog park, Chicago.
December-holiday decor, opportunity, self worth, charcuterie, good health, flights without delay, Bellingham, family (again and always), laughter.

Okay 2022… ready to start my next list. ❤️
