Another incredible morning at BNI Winning Edge!
This week we celebrated Keith Voyles renewing his membership, welcomed several visitors exploring our chapter, learned about accountability and the Power of One from Sarah Zambrotto, and heard outstanding presentations from Jessica Banville and Jodi Holley.
Congratulations to Randy Jaikaran for earning the Big Fish Award and Jackie Higgons for taking home the Axe Award for the Sharpest Presentation.
BNI is more than networking—it’s a group of professionals committed to helping one another grow through relationships, trust, and the spirit of Givers Gain. If you’re a residential realtor, roofer, pressure washing company, or water treatment specialist, we’d love to meet you!

Our BNI Winning Edge meeting was a tremendous success this week, and we started the morning by celebrating a very special milestone. Keith Voyles of Southern Charm Building & Construction renewed his membership with our chapter. Keith has been a part of BNI for many years and is truly one of the pillars of our group. Many of us affectionately consider him the “father Abraham” of our chapter—a man whose wisdom, experience, and servant leadership have helped shape countless members over the years. Keith is not only a successful business professional but also a mentor, encourager, and trusted friend to many. We are grateful for his continued commitment to the chapter and look forward to many more years of learning from his example.
The meeting was filled with visitors and great energy throughout the morning. We are actively looking to fill key seats in our chapter, including a residential realtor, roofing company, pressure washing company, and water treatment/soft water specialist. It was exciting to have several visitors joining us to experience firsthand what BNI is all about and explore whether our chapter might be the right fit for them.
A special thank you to Sarah Zambrotto for delivering an outstanding Power of One presentation. Sarah reminded us that accountability is one of the foundations of a successful chapter. When we consistently show up, participate, and follow through, we’re not just helping ourselves—we’re helping our fellow members succeed. BNI is built on the principle of Givers Gain, and Sarah did an excellent job reinforcing the importance of doing our part so we can better serve one another and create opportunities for everyone in the room.
We also had two exceptional feature presentations. Jessica Banville delivered a thoughtful and informative presentation on the importance of insurance. While insurance may not always be the most exciting topic, Jessica helped us understand why having a knowledgeable professional to guide us through coverage options is so important for protecting our families, businesses, and future.
Jodi Holley with Mary Kay shared her inspiring personal journey and demonstrated how entrepreneurship has transformed her life. She spoke about building a business that not only helps women feel confident through skincare and beauty products but also empowers them to grow professionally, create opportunities, and support one another. Her passion for helping others was evident throughout her presentation.
Congratulations to Randy Jaikaran for earning the Big Fish Award for generating the most Thank You for Closed Business. Your commitment to referrals and supporting fellow members continues to make a positive impact on our chapter.
Congratulations to Jackie Higgons for earning the Axe Award, recognizing the Sharpest Presentation of the day. Your professionalism, preparation, and ability to clearly communicate your message made a lasting impression on the chapter.
Overall, the meeting was a wonderful reminder of what makes BNI special. It’s more than networking—it’s a community of professionals committed to helping one another grow through meaningful relationships, trust, accountability, and the spirit of Givers Gain. Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed, and helped make the meeting a success. We look forward to continuing to grow together and helping one another build stronger businesses through quality relationships and referrals.

Another great morning at BNI Winning Edge!
We kicked things off with an excellent educational moment from Nick Ferreira, followed by presentations from Benjamin Menzer with Aldrich Insurance and Sani Tolliver with Glen Law Group.
Benjamin shared the importance of having the right home and auto insurance coverage to protect what matters most. Sani shared her inspiring story of coming to America at five years old without knowing the language and having to start over. Through life’s challenges, she found herself rebuilding more than once, which is why she is so passionate about helping families navigate difficult transitions and divorce with compassion, especially when children are involved.
Congratulations to Nick Ferreira for winning the GOAT Award! This week, the goat finally got its revenge. After years of carrying the winner around as a trophy, the goat decided it was Nick’s turn to be the trophy and carried him instead! 🐐😂
Congratulations to Shireen for earning the Axe Award with a sharp and focused presentation, and to Sani Tolliver for taking home the Big Fish Award for generating the highest amount of Thank You for Closed Business this week.
One of the best parts of BNI is learning the stories behind the businesses. Those stories help us build stronger relationships and become better referral partners.

Today reminded me why I fell in love with photography in the first place… capturing moments that can never truly be recreated again.
Thank you BNI family for the love, support, and referrals. It truly means more than you know.
This morning at BNI, I had the opportunity to share something that means so much to me… the importance of capturing life’s moments professionally.
The tears of a father dancing with his daughter before giving her away.
The look on a groom’s face during that first look moment, the awe, the love, the emotion.
The quiet connection between a mother and daughter, where one simple touch says everything words never could.
Photography is so much more than taking pictures. It’s preserving emotion, connection, legacy, and moments that can never be recreated again.
Phones can take photos, but there’s something different about intentionally capturing a moment with heart, vision, and experience.
Thank you to everyone for the continued referrals, support, and trust in my work. Whether it’s a wedding, family session, headshots, graduation, anniversary, restoration, or real estate photography, I would be honored to help tell your story.

Another great morning at BNI, packed with value and a few laughs along the way.
We had two solid presentations today:
Anthony Gotts with Discount Dumpsters reminded us why having the right partner on a job site matters. Not only does he offer some of the lowest prices in town, but he takes the headache out of dealing with the dump altogether. If you’ve ever spent time waiting in line, unloading, and dealing with the mess, you already know how valuable that is. Whether it’s construction, cleanouts, or demolitions, he makes the process simple.
Randy Jaikaran with Wheels R Us Auto Sales brought great insight on purchasing vehicles. His message was clear, buying a vehicle is a big decision, and working with someone you trust makes all the difference. The right guidance can save you time, money, and a lot of stress.
Big congratulations to Shirly Madera with TRu Beauty Hair Salon for winning the “Sharpest Presentation” award, well deserved.
Shoutout to Sarah Zambrotto with Gold Galore for winning “Thank You for Closed Business” this week. Since Sarah wasn’t able to attend, Danielle Rush stepped in for her and had some fun accepting the fish award, covering her face with it and keeping things light and goofy.
Another powerful meeting, lots of knowledge shared, and we’re all ready to go out and generate strong referrals this week.
If you’re looking to grow your business through real relationships, BNI is where it’s at.
What an incredible meeting this week at BNI 👏
We want to give a warm welcome to our newest member, Matt Siegfried with DEVOUT Bookkeeping LLC. We are excited to have you as part of the chapter and look forward to your success with us.
A big congratulations to Randy Jaikaran with Wheels R Us Auto Sales LLC for renewing his membership. Your continued commitment to the chapter truly makes a difference and we appreciate you.
Our presenters this week did an outstanding job:
Caylin Diaz with Settled and Sorted shared the importance of organization and how clearing clutter can bring peace of mind and clarity to both your home and your business.
Kelly Smith Soash with Urge Apparel reminded us of the power of one to one relationships. She shared a great story about her connection with Dory from Revitalize Counseling, showing how BNI creates meaningful relationships that may have never happened otherwise.
A big shoutout to JACKEY Newell with Newell Family Enterprise Soft Washing for winning the AXE Award for the sharpest presentation. Well deserved 👏
And a special congratulations to Ryan McClure for receiving the most “Thank You for Closed Business” this week. That is what BNI is all about.
Grateful to be part of a group that continues to build relationships, support one another, and grow together.
