Hello everyone in BBQ Heaven!!!!! As you all know I’ve had my Papi pretty tied up for the past few months and he’s been unable to fire up his smoker and do one of the things he loves. Cook, eat, talk, and enjoy BBQ. Don’t Give up on him just yet. He’ll be back in a couple of weeks with a nice brisket, some pulled pork, and he has this new idea for smoking a bone-in ham that he cant stop talking about.
