ITR Renovations

Upgraded this builder grade cast fireplace with a new natural stone fireplace surround. Custom 7’ distressed and stained mantle. Also, added a smooth finish board and batten accent all the way up to the 20’ ceilings!

10’x14’ shiplap accent wall built around existing cabinetry.

Client requested more storage in the laundry room, so we packed as much storage space as we could.

Scope or work:

*New polished large format floor tile
*Floor to ceiling paint
*Stained tongue and groove ceiling
*Custom cabinetry with soft close hinges and gold hardware
*Dog enclosure with stained butcher block countertop
*New light fixture

Also built a matching mud wall in the hallway just outside the laundry room.

This black and white stair set came out really nice!
