Monday night our statue carved by a world renowned artist was destroyed at the Club. This $4,500 piece of art was created after lightening struck a tree near the clubhouse entry. “The Golfer,” represented resilience in the community; turning a bad circumstance into beauty. The vandalism has been reported to Walden’s CIA and the local police department. Any information about this crime or the perpetrators is greatly appreciated.
