Problem1... my hot tub isn't circulating right.
Problem 2... my hot tub isn't heating.
The first thing you do should check us your filters.
When you're finished using your hot tub, then you get out and close the lid. Do you ever stop to think how much may have blown or fallen in while you were using it?
I cannot stress this enough...The more proactive you are with filter care, the better your hot tub circulation pump will run and last! Spa Gal
