Too young for a full kids class... but still ready to start.

We see that a lot.

Some kids need a parent on the mat first...
A little more time.
A little more comfort.

That’s why we’re starting our mommy and/or daddy and me program.
Fun workout.
Basic martial arts.
Real bonding.

One parent and one child is $200 a month.
Extra child is $25.
Extra parent is $50.

Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays...
By appointment only.

Some teens walk in acting like they don’t care...

No eye contact. Arms crossed. Not sure they even want to be here.

Then it’s time to gear up for sparring.

And suddenly they’re all in.

Locked in. Smiling. Asking who they get to work with.

That’s the difference.

More than just kicks and punches...

It gives them a place to show up, push themselves, and actually want to come back.
