URGENT REQUEST!!

Hi community,

We are gathering data on where LCATs (and CATs with limited permits) are working across New York State -- this is related to state decision making on the mental health budget that is happening right now!

Please take 2 minutes and fill out this survey -- we need to show that LCATs are working in a wide variety of settings all across New York State and are indispensable to the mental health care of New Yorkers.
