Our Mission

Here at Rays the Valley we believe people should have access to real food, with simple ingredients, that will make it easier to make the following lifestyle changes: PALEO, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, KETOGENIC, LOW CARB diets, or simply if you want an easy and delicious way to consume more fiber.

Since we opened our doors, Rays has worked to provide you a line of products that are full of ingredients you can trust. Our three base ingredients are Almond Flour, Psyllium Husk, and Flax Seed. Because there are no preservatives, it is important for our products to be frozen when they are not in use.
