Sometimes we hold on to fear because it seems like the safest option, but really it only results in us getting stuck in old and damaging habits.

Growth requires us to step out of our comfort zone. It requires us to step past fear to make our dreams reality. Helping people to achieve their goals and dreams has been wonderfully fulfilling but it required me to step past the fear of not having a guaranteed steady income to do something I love and feel I am called to do. What fears are holding you back?

Identifying your company’s core values is a fundamental step on the road to success, as once you establish what those values are, you have the answer to a very important question: “Why do I do what I do?”
It is the 'why' that you lead with, it is what you stand for, and what your company, product, or service is promoting.
