Alder Flycatcher - I really enjoyed watching and listening to this little Alder Flycatcher. I wasn't sure at first, but my app consistently identified its call as that of an Alder Flycatcher. I was thankful to be able to get fairly close, even if my view wasn't fully unobstructed by several branches.

Portrait of an Eastern Bluebird - I have encountered several nesting pairs of Eastern Bluebirds around the county this spring. I knew without fail that I could go to that spot and see at least one, if not both, the male and female. Many times, they are watching over their nest or gathering insects. I so love seeing these birds.

Eastern Wood-Pewee - I loved that this Eastern Wood-Pewee was giving me as curious a look as I was giving it. This flycatcher was soaking up the sun, just waiting for the next insect to fly by.
