Planning and Zoning resulted in a tied vote, 4-4, for the newest BK&M zoning proposal. A majority is required, therefore the proposal did not pass. It will still be on the agenda for the October 6th City Council meeting unless BK&M withdraws it. Thank you to our speakers tonight!
