To Assemble:
● 1 ½ cups pulled pork (pre-cooked or store-bought)
● ½ cup barbecue sauce
● Extra cheddar for topping
● Fresh parsley for garnish
● Optional: muffin tin for shaping

Instructions 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 min. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened, then add cheese and seasonings. Stir in cooked macaroni.

2️⃣ Form Bombs: Let mac cool slightly. Pack into greased muffin tins or silicone molds. Chill for 30–60 mins to set.

3️⃣ Heat Pulled Pork: Toss with BBQ sauce and warm through.

Instructions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Butterfly each chicken breast (slice horizontally but not all the way through), then season inside and out with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and Italian seasoning.
3️⃣ Stuff each breast with mozzarella and a sprinkle of minced garlic. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
4️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Sear chicken 2–3 min per side until browned.
5️⃣ Transfer to grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
