One year ago, I took a chance on a dream that honestly felt a little scary. Today, I stand here so incredibly thankful because that dream has become the Neon Cow Drink Bar.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who believed in me, encouraged me, and kept pushing me to follow my dreams. Thank you for helping me build something that I have truly fallen in love with.

This journey hasn’t always been easy, but every long day, late night, challenge, and obstacle has been worth it. Looking back over this past year, I can’t believe how far we’ve come. I feel so blessed to be standing here today celebrating our first anniversary.

There are so many people who have helped me climb this ladder from day one until now. To my parents, Rich’s parents, my family, my friends, everyone who has supported us, our amazing followers, and especially my incredible Neon Cow Team—thank you. Your encouragement, hard work, and belief in me have meant more than you’ll ever know. I truly could not have done this without you.

To every customer who has stopped by for a drink, shared one of our posts, invited a friend, or simply cheered us on—thank you for helping this little dream grow into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Today, I am beyond excited to officially announce that the Neon Cow Drink Bar is open for business in our trailer! This is a huge milestone for us, and it’s only the beginning. You will be seeing us all across the state of Ohio as we continue growing, serving amazing drinks and Moo Cakes, and making memories along the way.

This business has changed my life. It has taught me to believe in myself, to never give up, and to keep chasing what sets my soul on fire.

Thank you for believing in me before I fully believed in myself. Thank you for standing beside me through every step of this journey. Every bit of hard work has been worth it, and I can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.
