As a valued partner/guest who has supported Summerfest on the Square in Springtown, TX in the past, we want to personally thank you for helping us create such a meaningful and successful experience for our community. As you know, we have decided not to host Summerfest on the Square in 2025.

However, we recently became aware of another event being promoted in the community that appears to be mimicking our format and marketing style. We want to be clear: this new event is not affiliated with us in any way, nor does it represent the values, mission, or standards that our team upholds.

We felt it was important to inform you directly to avoid any confusion and to ensure you have accurate information when making decisions about your involvement in other events.

We appreciate your ongoing support and partnership, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any future plans. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
