St. Louis-based artist Lea de Matta's exhibition Waspaganda brings the small lives of insects into the foreground of human experience. By highlighting diversity and physiology, her exhibition portrays insects as ecosystem caretakers, genius architects, and recyclers of life.

Waspaganda opens January 2nd, 5-8pm, in the East Gallery, as part of the Foundry's First Friday programming. Art activities, music, the Foundry bar, and more will be available throughout the evening.

Exhibition open through March 28th.
