Helping Women and Organizations Bring Change to Lead the Life They Desire - Humans of Fuzia I am a Coach and Consultant whose passion is to create space for women to lift each other up and take action towards their life and career goals. It is my belief that we all have the internal power to create change, and we can use our voices and skills to lead the life we desire.

Power is a provocative word that can bring out strong emotions in you depending on your past experience with it. You can either view it negatively based on how it has been used to control you or you can view it positively based on how it has benefited you.

Power, though, when you break it down is simply the ability to act on your desires, your dreams, and your values. In moments where you feel powerful, you not only reap leadership and career benefits, but you also thrive mentally and physically. Power, whether in your mindset or found in the structures around you, activates you and pushes you from surviving to thriving.

Now is not the time to be afraid of your power. Embrace it, activate it, and reap the benefits.
