HCS HB 944 - Modifies provisions relating to fi****ms, including preempting local ordinances or state laws regarding regulating restrictions of firearm businesses including during emergencies; allows concealed carry on public transportation; Allows discharging weapon from stationary vehicle on private property in unincorporated part of state if protecting livestock; Blair's Law which prohibits firing weapon negligently in or into municipality; Lowers age to 18 to receive concealed carry permit; Allows concealed carry in places of worship

HCS HB 1358 - Establishes the True COVID Liability Act to prohibit quarantining, raise bar on liability for exposing people to contagious disease so need to do knowingly and purposely, and to prevent limitations on businesses
