I heard 2026 is the new 2016.

So let’s take it back! It was 2016, I nannied the sweetest little girls by day and was a part time receptionist in the evenings! I was HOPING this was the year my boyfriend would propose (spoiler alert he does). This was the year we decided yo take our first trip all alone states away to New Orleans and it was a trip we still talk about! I started the year with sassy short black hair and ended it with fried blonde hair 😅 It was the year that i decided that a $20 almost black urban decay lipstick was a need and I wore it every chance I got. I turned 21 and got engaged. I took 174934 selfies and tried to get fun aesthetic photos whenever I could. I was in college and HATED it and dreamed of dropping out and never going back (spoiler alert I did that too) 😅 Thick black eyeliner, strappy studded sandals and wedding planning ruled my life.
