Apex Law holds Landlords accountable!

Missouri Law gives landlords 30 days to return your deposit or send you an itemized list of what they withheld. If they don’t, we can ask for double back!

Attention Tenants:

Do not wait to hire a lawyer! I just turned down my 5th client this week because the client waited too long and it ruined what could have been a good case. Bringing up uninhabitable conditions AFTER the landlord begins the eviction process nearly ruins the habitability defense. In each of these cases we should have served the landlord with notice months earlier.
