Fixed By Nature

There was a time these pills controlled my entire life.

Not street drugs.

Prescriptions.

Fentanyl patches. Tramadol. Gabapentin. Antidepressants. Sleeping pills.

At one point, doctors prescribed me over 1,000 pills a month. And the scary part?

I still looked “functional” to most people.

But inside… I was dying.

Physically. Mentally. Spiritually.

What finally changed my life wasn’t another prescription.

It was beginning to rebuild my life through faith, nature, gratitude, mindset, and aligning with God’s perfect design.

May 10th, marked 10 years free from opioid addiction.

That still feels unreal to say.

I wrote Empowered Sobriety because I know there are people silently fighting the same battle right now.
And I want them to know:

You are not broken.
You are not alone.
And freedom is possible.
