For more than a decade, Erin Schulte has championed character education in Parkway School District, helping create environments where students feel welcomed and valued.

As Coordinator of Counseling and Character Education, Erin has guided 20 schools to National School of Character recognition and helped earn two district-level national recognitions. Her leadership reminds us that character education isn't just about developing students, it's about shaping the culture of entire communities.
