Meet Syd!

Syd is the definition of a loyal companion. This gentle boy is well-mannered, easygoing, and happiest just being by your side. While he’s a little shy and not the cuddly, in-your-lap type, Syd shows his love in quiet ways—by laying at your feet while you watch TV, following you from room to room, and reminding you when it’s time for your evening walk.

Syd loves leisurely strolls where he can sniff and take in the world, and he’s a perfect gentleman on the leash—no pulling, just pacing along at your side. He also enjoys lounging in the backyard, soaking up the day and watching the world go by.

He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, big or small, and while he may not always join in on rowdy play, he’s content to hang out and just “be.”

Syd is looking for someone who doesn’t need a high-energy, in-your-face pup, but instead wants a steady, low-maintenance best friend—a quiet confidant who will keep you company through life’s little moments. From keeping you company while you cook dinner, to resting at your feet as you unwind, Syd will be right there with you… until he tucks himself into bed.

Friday we lost the heart and soul of our organization.

We are not okay. We are very heavily grieving this devastating loss. Brian was the glue that held us together.
