Jordan Neal, 9, left, and his brother Richard Neal III, age 11, right, were inside a car on Bircher Boulevard near Ruskin Avenue when they and their father were all shot on May 24, 2025, in the Walnut Park East area of St. Louis. Jordan was killed that day; Richard died of his wounds this week. The family is begging for anyone with information to call police.
