Operating in My Purpose
In Purpose Educational Associates was created from a place of passion. In the fall of 2016, I was feeling frustration because I had been unable to reach my career goals. I prayed, and the question that came to me was “If money were not a concern and you could do anything you wanted, what would it be?” The answer was bringing people together through effective dialogue about our differences. From this, In Purpose Educational Associates and In Purpose Educational Services (the non-profit arm) was born.
Mission: In Purpose Educational Associates and In Purpose Educational Services believe in the potential to create an equitable society that honors the dignity, rights, and contributions of each person and identity group. Through training, development, interactions, and on-going support, we hope to create individuals capable of being allies in achieving this purpose.
Vision: At both In Purpose Educational Associates and In Purpose Educational Services, our vision is to contribute to the creation of an equitable society where the unique talents, abilities, potential, and contributions of each person individually, as well as identity groups collectively, are respected, honored, and valued.
