I hear it all the time...I don't have the willpower to give up chocolate, but what if I told you that you don't need willpower?!

How does that change things for you?

While I do recommend throwing your diet out the window...I don't recommend the free-for-all...it'll leave you with nothing but regret and struggles going into the New Year.
