Leadership, Communication, Influence, Intentionality, etc., I think that these words get thrown around so often that they lose their significance and context.

Leadership is Influence…Nothing more and nothing less.

Influence… begins with connecting, which creates communication, which then adds value, and then creates influence.

Your message can be lost when you're trying to force it, but when you add value to people, they choose to listen to you, and then you'll never need to force your way in, especially when they're happy to let you in!
