This morning’s walk felt like a quiet indulgence.

Birds and crickets singing in the background.
The smell of fresh cut grass and honeysuckle in the air.
Cool breeze caressing my skin, sun kissing my face.

And as I closed my eyes and took it in… my breath deepened, my body relaxed and my heart softened.

Enjoying my week at Datura immensely. It has given me inspiration I so badly wanted and a whole new perspective on practice making “perfect”. Can’t wait to get home and put these tools to work.

Last night I lowered the lights, lit candles, and let one song play all the way through.
