Cougar tracks

The first swim meet of the year went fantastic! Despite feeling terrible in practice the weeks before I managed to improve all of my times buy a few seconds! It's always a great experience going to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado for the Jimmi Flowers Classic. It's usually during a warmer time of the year, but the Sub-Zero weather certainly made it interesting. I'm looking forward to a great year of swimming!

In 2014, Cougar Clifford's life took a drastic turn when he jumped into a pile of snow, shattering his C5 vertebrae.
