Had so much fun this Saturday planting trees with . The community showed up and showed out. We got our trees planted! Peach, plum, elderberry, and several apple tree varieties. Thank you to everyone that came out!

Today I trained Ray on how to lay irrigation. From working with our irrigation specialist at MPR supply to create this drawing all the way to showing him all the components of the irrigation system. We successfully laid everything out today but the drip tape.

Join me on Friday, April 3 at 7:30 pm to celebrate the release of “North St. Louis Creative Field Guide,” a book I worked on and contributed to as part of this resident- and artist-led working group organized by CAM. Since 2024 we have been exploring nature as an art studio that creates wellbeing, community building, and renewed investment in place. The book features artworks, essays, and creative contributions that not only shows the work of this group but also invites others to join similar collective actions.

The evening celebration will include remarks and readings, along with complimentary light bites and drinks for purchase. The event is free, but registration is encouraged. Visit camstl.org for more details
