Our latest Boutique Series offering is the extraordinary Nidia Lasso, Colombia. This coffee is everything we could want from a well-produced Gesha: it's bright and complex, teeming with soft and juicy fruit.
This quintessential washed Gesha tastes like a sunny early summer afternoon feels: softly fruity, floral, and easy to love. The light, silky body reminds us of rooibos tea with a squeeze of lemon. Juicy honeydew and candied citrus sweetness are balanced by the depth of sticky toffee. Each sip carries a honeysuckle perfume at the front, and at the back lingers sweet jasmine and honey.
